Western Blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines (25ug/lane) using 530799 (1:1000) THP-1 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (80nM) at 37°C for overnight and LPS (1ug/ml) at 37°C for 6 hours. Secondary: IgG (HRP) Goat Anti-Rabbit (1:10000). Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit Exposure time: 90s.
